longevity routine

  1. 12 hour fast between dinner and breakfast. Just water in between. When your body isn't busy digesting it can repair and rejuvenate itself. more dream sleep too
  2. No eating after 8pm. Your body cant run properly if eating to late even if 12-hour fast

  6. No dairy! Except free-range organic eggs. Limit to 14-a-week
