After having read The CR Way http://www.amazon.co.uk/CR-Way-Secrets-Restriction-Healthier/dp/0061370983 i have decided to go on a personal challenge: one week eating window between 8am and 2pm. last meal at 2pm will give me 18 hours minimum per day of fasting. I already do 12 hours a day (appx 9pm to 9am). It's been amazing for me - no more late meals to interfere with sleep. this is the next logical step. I was never a big fan of dinner anyway - just for social reasons. Let's see what happens!
